It is easier for patients to take a pill than work out, and it is easier for doctors to prescribe them than to try to talk people into working out. But medications have side effects and worse, and do not control the problem nearly as well as exercise – and diet. If you have high blood pressure you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to live this – and become drug free in many cases.
