Only for people at high risk of heart attack and low risk of bleeding can aspirin possibly be of some benefit. The study also reiterated the obvious – lifestyle – eliminating obesity and exercising are what are important. The message is always the same. A healthy lifestyle which requires hard work will make you healthy. A pill – the easy way out – is never the answer. However, there is a huge profit in selling pills to improve health – and so it is marketed heavily. There is relatively very little money to be made aggressively promoting a healthy lifestyle – and so it is not marketed heavily. Our health in America continues to spiral downward with no end in sight.
