Doctors Prodromos and Ivankovich and the Weil Foot and Ankle Centers

While Dr. Prodromos and Dr. Ivankovich are skilled in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders, especially those relating to trauma and cartilage regeneration, Dr. Prodromos concentrates his practice on the treatment of knee and shoulder disorders and Dr. Ivankovich concentrates his practice on hip and knee replacement and spine surgery.

We are therefore fortunate to have an affiliation with the Weil Foot and Ankle Centers, founded by Dr Lowell Scott Weil DPM, an internationally renowned foot and ankle specialist. His group of foot and ankle surgeons has offices throughout Chicago and the suburbs and sees patients at our Lincoln Park office. They are skilled in both routine and specialized foot and ankle disorders. IOSMC utilizes the excellent surgeons of the Weil clinic for all forefoot disorders such as bunion surgery, inter-digital neuromas and hammertoes and for all other foot and ankle problems as well. For example they are one of the few centers to have an in office shock wave device for the non-invasive treatment of plantar fasciitis in their Des Plaines center (as well as their own surgicenter at this location).
